I have sent this to President Obama, I’m sending it to Senator Hutchison, Senator Cornyn, congressman Marchant, Governor Perry, and Attorney General Holder. I am also trying to send this to Bob Woodard, Jack Cafferty, Lou Dobbs, Wolf Blitzer, Keith Obermann, and Chris Matthews.
Hello My Friends,
I think it's time that the American people take back their government from the GREED, CORRUPTION, THIEVES, LIARS, POLITICIANS, LOBBYISTS, and OUR REPRESENTATIVES in WASHINGTON D. C.. So what I have done is written the attached letter to the President, giving him some ideas as to what I feel is wrong in this country.
What I would like for you to do is save the attached letter, not change it but if you agree, place your name, city and state under my name and forward this e-mail with your new attachment to all the people on your address list. If you disagree, add your ideas and forward. Also send a copy to your Governor, US Representative, US Senator, Your news media, and the President. The elected officials do not represent us and the people who are appointed are there to do their job and not be political. To get things done in Washington D. C., we need to do what's right for America. From my letter to the President, I suggest the following as a start by telling our Representatives what we want and this letter is my start.
1. Regulate Congress, they are out of control.
2. Uphold the constitution, and prosecute all who break the law.
3. Bring back the jobs to America that were shipped overseas.
4. Health care starts with preventive medicine.
5. Education reform starting at kindergarten.
Do the first three above, and confidence would be restored by the American people.

Dear Mr. Obama,
First, I would like to congratulate you on your nomination, campaign, and election as president of the United States of America. You and your advisors put together a brilliant strategy for raising funds, and the theme of CHANGE and HOPE was very effective. During your campaign, people would ask me about you and your qualification. My answer was always the same; he meets the qualification by being born an American citizen, and was over the age of thirty-five (35). However he has not done anything, this reminded me of a story that I read when I was in the 3rd or 4th grade, The Pied Piper. The Pied Piper played the flute, walked along the path in the field, where flowers were all about, playing his flute with a line of people following the music. Since your election, you are now the conductor of an orchestra. You, your appointments, and administration must play the music for not only America to follow but the whole world. Again CONGRATULATIONS to you and your staff and the American people on the start of a massive job.
You asked for help and suggestions from all of us and that you will listen. For those who know me, they will tell you that I have an opinion on most subjects. Following are some ideas on different areas of the country’s interest that you might consider.
MIDDLE EAST
Sectarian violence has been going on there for hundred’s of years and ninety percent of the people don’t know why they hate each other, they were told over the years that is the way. Historians may be able to explain why. The only way to change this is education of the people involved.
PALESTINE/ISRAELI; Have an historian write a one page paper that tells the story dated back to 1100 B.C. The current problem started in 1948 when the United Stated and the United Nations made Israel a state and did not do the same for Palestine. Israel has been a child of the United States since 1948, and I think it’s time she be weaned, a mother does not nurse a child that long.
AFGHANISTAN; A country falsely accused of having been involved in the 9/11 airplane crashes in New York City. They gave sanctuary to Bin Laden which was also a lie. Russia went to war with Afghanistan for the same reason that we did after 9/11, an oil pipe line from Russia to the Black Sea. The government of Afghanistan would not agree on the pipe line crossing their land without certain agreements. Once we over threw the Taliban, the agreement was signed, a by product of that war has been the setting up a new government. They have become the largest grower of poppy plants in the world. Poppy plants are used to makes heroin and cocaine. So you can say that we are in business with the drug traffic.
IRAQ; Another big lie, how many dictators are there in the world who were worse than Hussein? He gassed his own people, guess how we knew that he had WMD? We gave it to him when he was at war with Iran. When we took Bagdad, the only thing we secured were the oil fields and refineries. I have another question, what happen to the 700 million dollars (American 100 dollar bills) that the two sergeants found in a boarded up house in Bagdad? The last that I heard was that the money was at the Bagdad Airport being shipped back to the state to check if they were counterfeit. There needs to be a complete investigation about Iraq, where is the 8.8 billion dollars that the GAO could not account for?
DOMESTIC ISSUES
MORTGAGE LOANS; There use to be a time when the realtor would have you fill out a form and then they would tell you how much of a mortgage you could carry. Your mortgage limit was between 2 ½ to 3 times your annual family income. Your monthly mortgage payments limit would be figured from your monthly expenses. We got away from this somehow, and I do blame the buyers for not doing their homework. The realtor and the mortgage company committed fraud when they wrote these mortgages. They should be held accountable for their action under the law. A fraudulent loan is one where the mortgage company did not check on employment, financial records; they did nothing to qualify the borrower. How to handle these cases, I would have the FBI interview the realtors, mortgage companies, get their records, and ask each one who gave them authorization to write these types of mortgages. I would follow that authorization to the very end and along the way informing each that they will be charged with check kitting, fraud, and RICO. The board of directors would also be charged for they also have an oversight, reasonability for the company. Their cooperation would be considered in their sentencing. The home owner would be allowed to refinance if they qualified, if not they could buy a home that they could afford, otherwise they would be foreclosed.
BANKS/INSURANCE COMPANY'S/CREDIT COMPANIES; I would treat them the same as the mortgage companies, the only difference is that I would not bail theme out. I would let them go into receivership, and the officers and board members will be barred from the public trust for life. They will also be charged with check kiting, fraud, and RICO. They had a good ride when there was no accountability for bad behavior, now it’s time to pay.
AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY; when a company declares bankruptcy, it does not mean that they go out of business. The rhetoric is that we cannot let them go under, we will not, let them go into receivership and the court will appoint a new receiver who will run the company using some bail out funds. This action would break the ties to the oil companies, rubber companies, and allow the auto company to build the right cars. Take a look at technology. When the first commercial jet airplane came out the intake of the engine was several feet in diameter, today, they are about four feet in diameter, more powerful, and more economical. Look at the computer, the first commercial computer filled up an entire warehouse, while today that same size computer is a laptop. The gas engine has not made these types of improvements. Keeping up with other industries, the gasoline engine should be half the size, and get seventy miles per gallon. Build a four door sedan that gets seventy miles per gallon, and SUV’s that get ten miles per gallon and let the public buy which ever they want. The big three ran other automobile companies out of business by buying congress; Studebaker, Tucker, DeLoran, and others who never got started. Bail out the automobile companies, NO.
CORPORATIONS/COMPANIES; there once was a belief that companies were considered good citizens. That is not the case anymore and the reason is that the laws have not been applied to them for years. Fifty years ago, the average CEO made forty times the average employee salary. Today that number is four hundred plus. They ship plants and jobs overseas for money
(GREED), for cheap labor to increase their profits. I don’t know if this is true, but I think that these companies that send jobs overseas are breaking the law. I would have the state’s attorney general check the incorporation papers of every company that has shipped plants and jobs overseas to see if any laws have been broken. Let me give you some examples; clocks made in Japan, coffeepot made in China, electric razor made in Hong Kong, dress shirts made in Srilanka, designer jeans made in Singapore, tennis shoes made in Korea, electric skillets made in India, calculator made in Mexico, watch made in Taiwan, radio made in India, cars made in Germany, gas from Saudi Arabia, computers made in Malaysia, sandals made in Brazil, TVs not made in America, and this is just an example. Bring our manufacturing back so we can find work.
IMMIGRATION; illegal immigration would be no problem if we just enforced the current laws on the books. If an illegal works for you, you have broken the law, and you will be charged. If it’s the second, third, or fourth subcontract, you have broken the law. I would increase the fines to one thousand dollars per day per illegal. First offense the fine as stated, second offense the fine is doubled, and the third offense, the owner or president will spend ninety days in jail. The illegal will be arrested; finger printed, given one thousand dollars, and told to go home. If he has a family here, give them two thousand dollars and go home. If they have children who were born here and under the age of eighteen, take them with you, and when they turn eighteen, they can return. The money collected from the employers will pay for the illegal’s, return home.
CONGRESS; first off lets clear up some word meanings, starting with bribe, anything given or serving to persuade or induce, influence or corrupt for gain. Campaign contributions; to give money, time, knowledge, assistance, etc., along with others to a common supply, fund, etc. Lobbies; a group of person who conduct a campaign to influence the voting of legislators. These practices have been going on for years, but it got out of hand starting in the late 1970s, and really took off in the 1980s. Corporate America convinced congress that they did not need to be regulated, that they could regulate themselves. With deregulation, there were still some rules the companies had to manage around. Then came the 2000 election and what rules there were no longer enforced. Now Congress has set themselves as holier than all other in who can serve in their midst or in a new administration; Check out the following persons that now serve in congress.
Is It NBA Or NFL? 36 have been accused of spousal abuse. 7 have been arrested for fraud. 19 have been accused of writing bad checks. 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses. 3 have done time for assault. 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit. 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges. 8 have been arrested for shoplifting. 21 currently are defendants in lawsuits. 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year.

Neither, it’s the 435 members of the United States Congress. The same group of Idiots that crank out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line. They should not be in office if they have been there for over eight (8) years or longer even if they are your mother, father, aunt, uncle, cousin, friend, etc. It’s not a job for retirement.
Let’s take a look at what started the major problems in America.
1. There is no oversight of congress.
2. Educators decided to change the teaching methods.
3. Politicians decided that children had rights.
4. Corporations bribed congress so that they could police themselves.
5. Unequal justice: Laws are not enforced.
Congress should pass laws that involve national, international, and interstate commerce interest only. Congress was never intended to be a full time job.
PRESIDENT’S OFFICE; how to correct the problems that the American voters expected and deserve from their elected representatives? The congress and the presidents failed over the years because they had too much faith in corporations in managing themselves.
Number 1, establish an oversight committee to oversee congress, made up of four (4) governors (starting with states in alphabetical order), Speaker of the House, Leader of the Senate, Secretary of Treasury, Head of the Office of Management and Budget, U.S. Attorney General, Chief Judge of the Supreme Court and the President’s Chief of Staff. This committee will meet in February of each year for three (3) days in the capital of the next governor’s in order state. The governor of the hosting meeting will attend the meeting as a non-voting attendee with a secretary and take the minutes. The non-voting governor will write up the minutes and distribute it to each member of the committee and forward a copy to all other governor. Subjects of the meeting will be congressional salaries, retirement packages, health plan, ethics, office staff, and overall evaluation.
Number 2, education is the most critical problem in America. This country use to be ranked number 3 in this area of the developed countries. Now as I understand our ranking, we are number twenty-eight. Chapter eight (8) in my book address this subject quite well, Historians should rewrite the books of American History for what is now taught are lies, the truth should be the foundation of our history. Example, Columbus never reached America.
Number 3, children have rights as human being but their rights are not more than the parent, teacher, or the school administration. Children going to school are like going to work and the laws need to be enforced about attendance. The department of Education should require every test book to include all new words introduced in that chapter to be identified with definitions at the end of the book for instruction purposes starting at grade one through college. How many students would fail if they knew every word on the exam and its meaning?
Number 4, need to reinstate regulations for all businesses.
Number 5, the law applies to every one; no one is above the law. Sentences should be the same for all regardless of location. Guidelines should be established for all sentences and jury awards need to be set based a formula of expectation. Judges cannot overrule a jury and judges should be remover for bad behavior and rulings.
The report from the congressional oversight committee will also be posted on a congressional web site. Also posted on this web site will be the record of each representative vote on every bill from congress. Every bill out of congress will be one item bill and the bill will not be more than seven (7) pages. How many pages is the Constitution? The Secretary of State will post on their web site the amount of dollars loan and given to every country from 1940 to date and what amount has been paid back to the US Treasury. The Office of Management and Budget will post a financial statement of the U.S. government annually.
I would like to see every department of government to post on their web site their charter of responsibility. This will give the American people an understanding of their government and how it should work.
As a gift, I suggest that you give every member of congress and your administration a nice bound copy of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It would have a copy of what you have sworn to uphold and defend. You maybe could make this available to the public for a price, something they have heard about but have no idea of its contents.
This letter got longer than I had intended but I hope that it might help.
Summary: Regulations should be established for corporations, and congress so they will work for the benefit of their constituency or stockholders and the country. The bail out should provide jobs, increase in unemployment pay and extend the payment period, money to investigate illegal activities, and cost to prosecute. Maybe you might want to inform the public that you will consider not sending stimulus aid to those districts and state representatives who voted against the stimulus package. Those representatives who voted against the package felt that the package was worse than no package. If the US Senators split their vote, the Senator who voted for the bill would have a say in what and who would receive money from the bill in their state.
